Well that's true but here in America they don't do humble occupations. IBM Chief Scientists and owners of 50 hotels are probably a tad bit more intelligent than the average joe.

what relevance do they have? being logical is being smart. the tests seem to correlate every time. it can determine if you are retarded or smart. what else should it do?

I think smart people are the manipulators. Not who knows algebra. Example of intelligent are the vilãs of novelas. The queens fool, manipulate men and everyone around them. They make people believe everything they say. They can hide crimes and their real personality.

China was the most advanced civilization for many periods prior to the modern era. It fell behind and was also impoverished because of wars and communism, but since switching to a market economy has totally transformed itself in less than a generation, which is pretty miraculous.

China is quickly moving up the industrialization ladder. It's already surpassed Europe in many fields of science. Actually, China is the only country that is a true long term rival to the US as a scientific superpower in the next ten years.

I admit this is true but this is happening because the wild liberalism-multiculturalism we are living in the last 60 years, which helps the Chinese economy as fuck.
Also a very very very good percentage of the Chinese people live under poor conditions, economically speaking.
