The vast majority of these Levantine dishes doesn't exist in the Italian cuisine

Baba ghanoush are very cool name, però si effettivamente non esiste in Italia

I'm Italian but I've always hated this Italian mentality of not wanting to open up to other cultures honestly, when I see the comments of Italians under the videos of pizzas perhaps with pineapple etc. I really want to make a video while I urinate on the pasta and finish the sauce with my seminal fluid, Italian cuisine is certainly good, but how boring is this provincialism, really

What do you think about cappuccino drinking in 2nd half of the day? I sometimes do it.

It's okay, it's something that isn't usually done in Italy but in reality almost everyone happens to drink coffee when they're on a break at work etc. so I don't see much difference between the two things honestly

Is that an unwritten rule in Italy?
Always a good time for a cappuccino in my opinion

let's say yes, it's like an unwritten rule, usually the people here drink it in the morning with a stuffed croissant called cornetto, although it depends, I only drink coffee for breakfast, I don't eat nothing, especially as soon as I wake up

    Sounds lovely!
I’m also not a breakfast person but this is similar to what I would have at home.

They clearly have not sampled Duarte's nonna's homemade Zitti.
