1. Yes, I am classified as Non-White.

2. Not White people per say, but rather White Supremacists. They are a group of people among White people. Usually the most intelligent, richest and most powerful Whites are White Supremacists.
As for differences among Non-Whites. Those differences (in socio-economic values) were already predetermined by White Supremacy in the first place, in order to create an artificial hierarchy among Non-Whites based on culture and skin color. That's why White Supremacists never acted violently on the Japanese, but killed 10 million Congolese men, women and children. It doesn't mean the Japanese are not under White Supremacy, but there really is an artificially created social hierarchy among Non-Whites, in order to keep them from finding common ground.

i tend to agree, but there are many strong differences among non-whites themselfes it was not all created by white supremacists, maybe exploited by white supremacists but not all created, look at muslims who kill copts because they are christians. those are same brown people but they burn their churches. did you ever heard of the hindu kush genocide?

At the point in which White Supremacy was implemented, all differences among Non-White people became meaningless, even if they had meaning beforehand. The violence between two (not so) different Non-White factions, cultures, tribes, etc. is fostered, created by and maintained by White Supremacy, either directly or indirectly.

Oh absolutely. Different White subgroups have, in modern times, fought each other for the purpose of having more control over other Whites and ALL Non-White people. The latest and most brutal example was WW2. But in one thing all White (political, ethnic, etc) subgroups agree on: White Supremacy (I mean the White Supremacists within those subgroups. Not all Whites are White Supremacists).
