Turkey won't go into a civil war. Even though the government has been irritating Kemalists; Atatürk's legacy still has strong influence around the state. There are statues and portraits of Atatürk everywhere, and even where there's an Erdogan portrait; there's also one of Atatürk next to it for most cases. Turkey will not go into any civil war under such circumstances where Atatürk is not targeted directly. Those who insulted Atatürk have been jailed just recently. Also the latest referendum results indicate that Kemalists have a chance of taking over in the upcoming election so no reason to be alienated.

When it comes to Kurds; bulk of them voted for Erdogan and the rest align with social democrat Turks. I don't see them getting alienated or anything. It's simply because they find it easy to attack minorities in groups in their own nation than going out into 1-on-1 war with the enemy on the battlefield. Regardless how patriotic you are to the state, they will never accept you as one of their own due on the fact that you're not ethnically the same as them. In other words, they see a Turk that is a criminal far more closer to them than they see a non-Turk who is patriotic and civil to the state.
