Ukraine might be richer than Russia today if it weren't for the Mongol invasion, but if it weren't for the Mongol invasion, then there's a very good chance that Ukraine would still be part of Russia today and Ukrainians would proudly call themselves Russians thus making it irrelevant if they were richer since they would be the same nation.

According to the works of the Iranian historian Rashid al-Din (1247–1318), the Mongols killed more than 700,000 people in Merv and more than a million in Nishapur. The total population of Persia may have dropped from 2,500,000 to 250,000 as a result of mass extermination and famine. Population exchanges did also in some cases occur but depends as of when.

Most victims Persian lesser amount of Turks (there was some Turks in Merv)

Doesn't prove anything. There were many people living in todays turkmenistan, mostly Kipchak and Oghuz elite warriors who took refuge. Khorasan was the main hub of turkic armies. Persia didn't mean Iran proper, it meant the region that encompassed the regions that surrounded Iran itself. So no, most victims weren't persians, but rather Iranic-speaking central asians and Oghuz/Kipchak elites.

There was no population exchange in Iran and theres no evidence that suggests it.
