Mono means single.son of God's nature is not single in a ''Yachid'' sence but ina achad sence.we believe Christ's nature is a compound perfect unity.like the Trinity is one,but compound unity and with no division,confusion,seperation etc.

Thank God Chalcedonians and miaphysites have come to a common agreement officially thast we Believe the same thing in christology and it was a misunderstanding /mistake on part of the Chalcedonians to equate us with monophysites,whom we condemn.


both Eastern and Oriental Orthodox are validly orthodox in my opinion.

Christ has one nature in a compound unity.both perfectely human and perfectely Divine.His fitra is a7ad and not wahid.
