It's a problem of perceived proportions. What seems broad might be quite narrow.
She seems quite petite. So her dimensions might be quite small too.
That's why profile and comparison pics with other people are often useful.
On head length cannot say. However features are narrow. Mediterranean to Dinaric seems still the best choice for me
