Not really. Like someone else said above, it depends on the admixture. 97% - 100% for SSA admixture, 86% or 90% - 100% for E. Asian admixture to be considered white. In case of W. Asian admix, euro blood can be even lower than the ones mentioned earlier, because W. Asians are caucasoid.

True, it's because Asians especially West Asians are genetically far more closer to Europeans than Negroid/Australoid races are.

In reality modern day Europeans and Asians ascended from same proto-Eurasian race, I mean all humans ascended from higher primates, but Caucasoid and Mongoloid race separated from each other later than they separated from Negroid race.

There is genetic basis for Europeaness and it is primarly WHG component. Another one is Europan neolithic. Both peak in Europeans, WHG in Lithuanians and European neolithic in Sardinians. This are ''white'' components.

Then most of Europeans are about 9-19% non-white. You are forgetting a third important component. Remember that generally those who peak on WHG, also peak on ANE.

BUT then I see a guy first time, I know in seconds do I like his outlook or not. Strange? I guess the total number of white genes (+/- %) is less important for me vs what kind of white genes one really has (and what kind of possible non-white genes as well). So sometimes then I'm reading stupid endless internet debates like: ''I'm whiter than you'' I have wondered are all white genes ''equal'' to each others and is the total number the only thing which really matters?
But that's just me & and bases on just my personal preferences. I'm sure many thinks differently.

Plus in the end outlook is not the whole package.

Honestly,I don't know since it is not uncommon to find people who are overwhelmingly european and look like it and have siblings that don't,while there are people who are less european than that and still look full euro.

If you look and identify with "white" culture you're white, but if I had to pick a number it'd be 95% European to allow for some noise and a wild distant ancestor or two.
