In my opinion Southern Euros are Euros, because that's the continent they're from and I don't think their genetic composition changed that much the past millennia. I don't think Ancient Greeks and Italics were overwhelmingly blue-eyed and fair-skinned and that they looked very alike to current Greeks and Italians. However, some people still argue they are non-white. 'Pizza tier' people are beyond the border where white stops, but still within the European category.

I dont know a great deal about Varg except that he was an ex con/prisoner and murderer, and Blackmetal musician, and church burner.
Im not really sure these days where he is coming from in terms of his ideas/philosophies.
In terms of the question he puts, I thought the reason for stopping the Islamic head coverings was to reduce the immigration of Radical Muslims and discourage the practice of radical Islamic culture.
I dont think that Muslims dressing less radically Islamic will cause them to intermarry with non Muslims.
I know of several Muslims couples in the city I live in , the wife does not wear any head covering still they are quite typically Islamic couple , even despite one of them being born in Western country... they give their children Islamic names and do all the typical Islamic cultural things.

Yeah they get mistaken for Turks, here in the Netherlands too many times.
