Cellphone Addiction

On a scale of 1-10, how bad do you have it. I'd say I am an 8 or 9.

8 or 9/10. I can still put it down to do other things. I know people who can't even have lunch without having it on the table. I use it mostly to browse the internet though, so I guess it's just an extension of an older computer addiction.

Maybe 3/10. I grew up having a cell phone and any technology I wanted, but I only really use my phone for a camera and communication. I suppose being off of social media helps a lot so I'm not always checking notifications.

It goes everywhere I go as I use its calendar/alarm/text/camera/email/gps and phone functions for business purposes. I wouldn't waste time viewing forums and such on it. No addiction. It's a cursed thing.

I literally do everything from phone. Tv shows news music audiobooks movies booking tickets uber rides, that combine my Bose headphones i have my living room everywhere i go.

I have not addiction to cellphone, i use it few times just when i am outside home to call someone when necessary. I have more addiction to computer lol. For computer i would say 8 (for internet).
