Cherries are $1.88/pound. I'm pigging out. Almost all fruits are at their best when they are at the peak of their season. This is when they are at their cheapest.

Not much of a fruit fan. This is just as well since I'm a firm believer in a low-carb diet. My downfall is cherries in season. But the season is so short and there are consequences for gorging too many all at once.

Avocados and tomatoes are both technically fruits. But nobody counts them.

Everyone I know considers avocados fruits. But tomatoes no one, even though technically they're fruits too.
