classify my dad, Indian Pashtun with various other input.

we are a pashtun family from southern Afghanistan. we migrated to Kashmir and than Delhi. here is my father, can he pass as Pushtun from southern Afghanistan/Pakistan ?

my dad is actually pale to light brown skinned guy but he looks dark due to tree shadow. and give judgement based on facial features as well as southern Pashtuns generally have light brown skin color as well.
