Not "French butthurt", but one french who were butthurt.
For me I always support true european team against immigrants selections who represent in nothing their country.

I'am pretty happy that the guy start this debates aboout naturalisation. I don't think it will have any consequence, but some people cant take a second to think about it.

Yes, there is a hate/love relationship. And not only about basket.
In Spain the sport media affirms, and people believes it sincerally, that French are jealous about these Spanish successes in sport.

Some French minister (a woman, I would have to search her exact name now) claiming Rafa Nadal was doped helps this Spanish theory. Yannick Noah claiming the same even saying all Spanish sportmen dope also helps it (funnily, it has been his son Joakim Noah who has been caught doped ).
