Not sure if I would, rural Canada might be good enough. If I would, Estonia(although fookin' Russkies), maybe northern Spain or northern Italy if they manage to hold out. Czech Republic or Slovenia after that. Rather try moving to Hong Kong or some other East Asian country than Ukraine, Serbia or whatever.

I don't think that will happen to Norway, but somewhere in central/ eastern Europe. Doesn't really matter so much. Probably Czech republic since it's quite wealthy compared to most of eastern Europe.
