Dude, Kosovo is the epicenter of crime in Europe (sex trafficking, heroin trade, etc.) The government is literally a criminal organization run by former gangsters. It's impossible that you aren't aware of that reality, which has openly been spoken about by EU politicians and Albanian journalists themselves. Any statistics from Kosovo are suspect for that reason.
