Thank you for asking. They were made based on report released by the country’s Interior Ministry. You can't get a more reliable source than that.

I'm pretty sure Germany is still very safe compared to the USA, UK, France and other European cities.

In the chart above, non-Germans are in light red while asylum seekers and illegal migrants are in deep red.

The eastern Germans are indeed more violent and criminal.
People are right retards believing that conditions won't and can't alter the behavior of a people.... That's why the Irish were so nice and well behaved 150-80 years ago compared to today, right?? One thing you have to compare is behavior taking conditions into consideration.
The point is; In similar conditions how do different people act? If 3rd generation Algerians in Germany still have crime rates considerably higher than the native Germans (I can bet on that being true), then it's basically confirmed that they're more prone to criminality. However to deny that conditions don't alter behavior is beyond wrong....

I think is more important be conservative to save country's culture/history than money, and reject mass immigration. All this mass immigration is nonsense. Many immigrants "refugees" do not work, they live because European countries give them money, so they do not enrich the country, they make it more poor and it waste money.
I understand to let enter people who really escape from wars, but others no, expecially if they do not contribute to the society, and/or are criminals and/or and live with the money the countries give them.
