For Lithuania, I have this data (sample size 301):
R1a - 42.19% (127)
N1c - 40.53% (122)
I1 - 4.65% (14)
R1b - 4.32% (13)
E1b - 2.66% (8)
I2a - 2.33% (7)
J - 1.33% (4)
G - 1.00% (3)
I2b - 0.33% (1)
other - 0.66% (2)
So I think that R1a is more numerous than N1c.

In Norway I think that R1a, R1b and I1 are 1/3 each.
Sardinia is over 40% I2 with R1b being less than 18%.
In Sicily J2 is the most numerous. Greece is E, I think.
