What a ridiculous analysis.
There are dozens of subclades and each one of them represents very old mutations that predates modern ethnicities.
J2 is associated with CHG expansion, definitely not Roman/Greek or something. It came from West Asia.
Only certain subclades of R1a and R1b are associated with Germanic and Slavic peoples.
