It is often assumed that capital cities are the most multiethnic places (or rather, the least native places) in any given country, but this is not necessarily the case at all. In the UK, there are some towns and cities which, according to the 2021 Census, have an even lower percentage of White Britons than London. (The percentage in London itself is 36.8%). All the same, chances are you will still come across more White Britons in most if not all of those towns and cities than in much of London, due to the much smaller number of tourists.

Slough, Southeast England 24%
Luton, East of England 31.8%
Leicester, East Midlands 33.2%
Birmingham, West Midlands 42.9%

Manchester, Northwest England 48.7%

As far as country of birth is concerned, only Slough (56%) and Leicester (58.9%) have a marginally lower percentage of people born outside the UK than does London (59.4%). As far as the percentage of people born specifically in England is concerned, London is at 57.7%, Slough is at 55.1% and Leicester is at 57.9%.

Romanians count among Europeans though. What's your own town like in this regard? I remember you said it is full of foreigners, mostly from other Western European countries, right?

Most are Moroccans but many others are from places such as Germany, or have one Parent from Germany or United Kingdom, some are from Czech Republic too.
I tried before to search something similar for my town like i did for Porreres but i haven't found anything about how many people are of Foreigner origin.

Currently some foreigners are also moving slowly to the town because they are now building new houses.

if i find anything i will share it.

edit: I don't really know if having one parent from a another country will count as "foreigner" in those graphs i doubt it.
