Yes eastern Europe has still a native working class, and many western European countries have a partially eastern European working class, but give it 10-20 years and I doubt if they will still be working class

If you want a general idea of the ethnic compositions of the working and middle classes in Western European countries, look at the football and rugby teams respectively. For France and England, their respective football teams are circa 75% non-white and 40% non-white, whereas their respective rugby teams are circa 35% non-white and 20% non-white.

Racism and ethnocentrism can be explained by kin selection (unrelated people from your race still carry "your genes" - genes very similar to yours - so when you give preference to your race, you help perpetuate your own DNA, it is very similar to nepotism, which is preference to your own family).

But I think that today Non-Whites tend to be more ethnocentric and racist than Whites. Western societies tend to be very individualistic, so both nepotism, racism and ethnocentrism are low.

In fact, in my interpreting work almost all the specialist consultants I meet come from abroad, principally India.

You have to ask yourself: why are white people's countries superior? Surely, it has something to do with white people themselves. They built those countries. They are the countries everyone wants to get into.
