Why are some blacks so stupid?

No offense to anyone, but I am curious.

A friend of mine works with blacks.

They're educated. And yet, all in all, they're dimwits. Anything beyond simple repetitive tasks seems to be incredibly hard for them to comprehend. I've been in this place of business & watched them... it's actually sort of frightening how quickly confused [/over their heads] they become when let's say you takes steps A, C & F and change them to A, D, and H. They're not that willing to admit their faults either. Even more so some simple repetitive tasks [such as working the cash] seem to get the better of them not occasionally but for one on a near daily basis.

Now I am not racist. Have a number of friends myself of different ethnicities, have worked well with Asians, Indians, etc. over the years. I've worked with a few blacks. I've encountered some smart blacks. So it's a tad mind-boggling why these individuals seem to have all the intelligence of a mouse in a cage.


Again no offense but is this sort of simple behavior the norm? Are the legitimately smart blacks the abnormalities?

What the fuck are you talking about? I personally know MANY black mechanical engineers, doctors, surgeons, etc., and they are all intelligent, more than you are.

I cant multitask myself...but I dont blame it on my race, rather because I'm a capricorn. I've been called an idiot at work, by some douchebag boss. But I've been appreciated at other jobs. This is just my personal experience and is not representative of anything.
