At first I was having a hard time leaving the house. There was a 'Young Professionals' 4th of July Party on the grass in front of the mall with a bunch of people I didn't know, so I didn't go to that. My aunt called me up instead and we decided to go with my uncle to a BBQ restaurant. Afterwards, we went to the top of a hill down the street and watched the fireworks from far away. I have done the perfunctory duties for the 4th of July.
