The reformation was actually foreshadowed by a similar attempt by the Calixtine Hussites in Prague.

How much Hussite influence is there today on Czechia? Are the so called 'Moravian' churches still big, or has Catholicism succeeded in dominating them?

Czech society is mostly agnostic, but Roman Catholic Church is the largest christian denomination - in each town/village you will find a catholic church or chapel, but number of churchgoers is small and decreaseing.

After Thirty Years War (1618-1648) were prohibited all non-catholic confessions on the area Bohemia and Moravia. Czech Brethren had to left country or to convert to catholic confession. But some families converted only formally and stayed protestants in reality.
After proclamation of Edict of Tolerance (signed on 13 October 1781 by the Emperor Joseph II.) were Lutheran and Calvinist confessions allowed. Czech Brethren and others were allowed later after WWI and birth of Czechoslovakia. Till the times, Czech protestants chosen Lutheran or Calvinist confession.

Next 2 most important Czech churches are:
Czech Brethren Church (ČCE) was (re)established in 1918 at the congress of Czech Lutheran and Calvinist congregations.
Czechoslovak Hussite Church - was separated from the Roman Catholic Church after World War I in former Czechoslovakia. It contains mixed Protestant, Catholic, Eastern Orthodox and national elements. Classifying it as either one is disputable.
