I guess all the Indians on this forum voted for India, it is obvious Indian Cultures are inferior. The fact that far smaller population European nations have contributed the same or more to human development than all of India proves this.

how do you know they invented more, india is only accredited ancient and medieval inventions while germany is accreditet from 19th and 20th century too + plus fashion and cuisine etc. indias has fashion and cuisine too and popular writers/authors etc. its just different comparison. all of indias achievements are not even listed, that being said i believe europeans did more, that makes sense to me. yet india is far from inferior. just because someone is 6'7 doesnt make the guy who is 6'4 short.

There are good things about every country and culture, but yes, India is a shithole, at least in part due to the extreme corruption. Anyway, it seems maybe the present government is trying to do something about that.

Corruption is so deeply embedded in all Mediterranean and Asian cultures that you guys are screwed. When they're not worshipping false idols they're cooking and eating their latest victims. Corruption is a major problem. Even the USA has a form of legalized corruption the congress is bought off by the lobbyist of some large private entities. The only lobbyist is the people that vote for them.

Yeah, there is corruption everywhere, but what we see in the West is nothing compared to what goes on elsewhere. That's partly why our countries are the ones people want to get into rather than out of. People are more likely to follow rules or be forced to follow them by a system that kind of works and can therefore be trusted. That's our culture. Breaking a culture of corruption, where everything can be done on the side to circumvent the rules, paid for in untaxed cash, with bribes etc., where entire families, communities and bureaucracies thrive, depend on and worship it is not going to be easy. Inferior? Yep, it sure is.
