What is your Ape Index !?

Vitruvius noted that a "well made man" has an arm span equal to his or her height, as exemplified in Leonardo da Vinci's drawing, the "Vitruvian Man". In rock climbing it is believed that an Ape Index greater than one, where the arm span is greater than the height, provides for a competitive advantage, and some climbers have expressed the belief that exercise can result in an improved ratio

I'm quite sure primitivists will be taken with this one To find out your ape index divide arm span by height. My ape index is 1.03 which makes me quite the ape

Only men have short-arms. In the Navy, they were inspected after liberty ashore in World war II and the Korean conflict.

How are they a feminine feature when the most strongest men have shorter arms?

Also, don't shorter arms gain muscle easily?

Short arms are better for getting that thick bodybuilder look but most strongmen have broad shoulders and long arms.

Your claim certainly holds true for our predecessors.

Long legs, short torso, short arms are the feminine ideal:

while short legs coupled with a long torso and arms result in more masculine ratios:
    I would agree with this!
Though I have long arms (I’ve gotten comments on it and take pride in it lol) and have a longer torso. But when I draw female cartoon characters I go with the above aesthetic.
