    the peruvians/bolivians? what i meant is that if i turn their caucasian into 100% euro then their results end up being kind of weird. Like high north sea or high eastern euro.

    I guess that euro ancestry proportions is less accurate in mestizos/indomestizos

    no i dont think so, it happens with the more amerindian countries. Those have spanish ancestry.

    The point is that this bolivians peruvians end up having high north sea which is not realistic. I guess euro proportions are less acurate in indomestizos.

    But they have mainly Spanish colonial ancestry, not recent Spanish ancestry, right?

    Maybe Spain in the 1500s was more Northern European genetically than it is today.

    Or maybe conquistadors were more Northern genetically than an average Spaniard.
