I never had Russian Strogannoff or Swiss Fondeou, I think Swiss Fondeou is quiete popular but I just never ate it. I should try, I want to try all good things, Im open to most things.

Maybe you could hop over the border to Switzerland for a visit... (even if it's only a day-trip or a weekend visit)... and try some fondue in a Swiss restaurant or in a local cafe there.

I'm surprised because you have Russian ancestry, and you live next to Switzerland... so I thought you would've tried these dishes. Swiss fondue and Russian stroganoff are both popular dishes internationally. Do you like Swiss and Belgian chocolates? Do you like casseroles and stews?

I have really very little Russian ancestry (1/16) and I just know my great great grandfather was Russian but he died before I was born and I know really nothing about him except he was russian, i really have no connection to russian culture. I never ate anything russian. I think fondeau is common in austria and germany too my sister ate it once at her ex-boyfriends house, his mum cooked it, he was from saxony germany. But I just never ate it. I dont know why, probably because my mum doesnt know to cook it or never did.

I will definitely try it. There are so many nice things to try, to visit, to see. I think I could get it somwhere in Austria too. Dont need to go to Switzerland.

Yeah, I'd give Switzerland a boycott and a miss as the Swiss are sick weirdos who eat dogs and cats. I think Austrians should culturally distance themselves from their neighbouring Swiss folk who do all that annoying yodeling.... which is torture on the ears.

I never heard of that before, but thats really strange. I love dogs and cats and couldnt eat them. Also dogs are very intelligent like infants, they should not be eaten. They are mens best friends

Like it said in the report, many of these British Germans will be children of British servicemen and German mothers, so they will feel no trouble identifying as White British. There was such a boy in my junior school. He looked uber German but we called him "Irish" because he was rather daft!
