Comparing my own people's current and past situations, Bosniaks were much more powerful while we had arranged marriages, powerful nobility-like families who were extremely wealthy landowners (now it's the foreigners who are wealthy) and who kept all these belongings in good, trusted hands. Also, people had a bigger sense of nationalistic and Islamic duty, people didn't want to divorce even if they had problems, because they wanted the community to remain strong.

Now, as far as the feelings go, most of them weren't exactly in love when they first married, but they eventually got to know and love each other through decades of going through all problems together and having children.

Also, it ensured the marriage was between 2 compatibles, children of well-educated people married each other, they never married illiterate peasants, and this made strong and intelligent bloodlines. As if allowing her to make her "decisions" and let everyone to bang her (which is what happens in free marriage societies) is somehow less cuck.

If we are going to this kind of vulgar basics, then it is definitely preferable to find a single person to bang your daughter, than her not following any order and banging everyone for an indefinite time (16-35). And possibly continue doing so if she makes a bad decision (as women by themselves always do) so this will lead into divorce and re-marriage into an even dumber person.
