It depends.
Age, budget limit, interests and if/or is a first present/new relationship.

If its a new relationship, then you should go for something more typical/standard. Accessories, bag , some piece of clothing,book,etc. But you should better ask a friend of hers if you aren't sure of her taste.

If its not a new relationship then, you should go for something more practical. Something related to her hobbies/interests , something she really wants expressed interest while back, and if you don't know , something that will make her feel unique/special.
