The Communist (possibly Frankist) elites through their propaganda arm, the mainstream, media actively promote White Genocide. They have a multi-pronged attack on White people pushing homosexuality & other forms of sexual activity designed to reduce the White birthrate & destroy the White family unit but there most blatant strategy is to directly promote reducing the White birthrate with messages that it's "good for the environment" on one hand while then promoting declining populations -they themselves helped to create- as an excuse to import more non-Whites. And they are also outraged with the EU countries that do not accept their share of refugees, including Spain, which accepts it but does not comply, like most.

It's pretty incredible but I think this anti-european people agenda exists, and its main thrusters are the economic, political and cultural elite of Western Europe and the USA.
