I'm surprised you didn't seize the occasion to post one more time the photo of that poor guy, Grimey. For your sake, his full name is Karsten Nordal Hauken.
as well as Norway's public enemy number one
Here's my list of France's grievance
-1572: St. Bartholomew's Day massacre. A targeted group of assassinations and a wave of Catholic mob violence, directed against the Huguenots (French Calvinist Protestants) during the French Wars of Religion.
-1940. Marshal Pétain, who served as the Chief of State of Vichy France. He fully collaborated with the German occupation forces. By deciding himself to have the French Jews arrested and deported, he went beyond Nazi Germany's expectation.
-1945: Sétif and Guelma massacre, ewst of Constantine, Algeria. Local French police fired on local demonstrators at a protest on 8 May 1945.[1] Riots in the town itself were followed by attacks on French colons (settlers) in the surrounding countryside resulting in 103 deaths.
-1947: The Malagasy Uprising. Violent repression of the nationalist insurgency that left deep scars in Malagasy society.
-French torture during the Algerian War of Independence. Jean-Marie Le Pen was directly involved.
-Paris massacre of 1961. during the Algerian War (1954–62). Under orders from the head of the Parisian police, Maurice Papon, the French National Police attacked a demonstration of some 30,000 pro-National Liberation Front (FLN) Algerians.
-French nuclear testing in the Pacific.
