Default rise of the sea level

As we all know the level of the sea is rising. From memory it might take a meter in less than a century.
Iceberg are melting fast and we might not be able to change this.

I was thinking, can't we use the extra water to create artificial lac or sea in some desert? It might be a win win situation to create some activity in remote place.
I imagine it will cost billions but it would be still cheaper thann moving all the citys who are near the sea?

    Default

The sea level rising isnt really a huge issue, the concentration of c02 in the atmosphere is, once its reaches around 5% everyone goes black out. Breath into a bag and tell me how long that lasts before you black the fuck out.
