Yes but Nordic people are also a minority in the USA. They are limited to Minnesota and upper midwest where they are importing boatloads of negroids from Somalia, Kenya as well as hmongs and southeast Asians.

Virtually all of us know about Gypsies, but in a vague, legendary/stereotypical sense

Most Americans, upon hearing "Gypsy", will think of

* Fortune telling

* Caravans

* Wagons

* Exotic music, clothing, and dance

* Some people (mostly older) think they buy and sell children

Overall, I'd say there's very little anti-Roma/Gypsy sentiment in America, most people just don't really know much about them

americans are from europe, so why would they not know who the roma, many americans travell at least once in their life europe and have family in europe or roots in europe. i dont buy it, certainly they know who the gypsies are. and there are many roma in the usa.

Most Americans come from parts of Europe without a large Gypsy population (Southwest England, Scotland, Ireland, Holland, West Germany/Switzerland/Alsace, Southern Italy, Poland)
