I like what Kadyrov is doing, just like Putin he is leading by example. He is creating a character of himself in order to be idolized by young Cechens who will strive to be like him, and that's how Chechnya is planned to grow further. This is obviously just one of his many media stunts for that exact purpose.
I do not think they would have much success, and the whole idea is fucking retarded, but it would still be fun to watch lol.

It isn't really a publicity stunt. Wouldn't make sense at all because Kadyrov doesn't care about western media. This Canadian guy had to wait months to get an interview at all, had to travel twice to Chechnya until he was summoned to his palace eventually.
What do you know about MMA, you clown? You haven't seen one single time in your entire life a MMA club from inside. LOL.

Alright, he might just be that way. But it does seem as he's deliberately portraying himself as as "stereotypically Chechen" as possible, to influence the younger generations. Especially with this mma stuff, and how kids were put to fight, it's obvious attempt to influence national mentality.
I'm not saying it's a bad thing, it just is. I'd probably see it as a good thing mostly, it influences a more warrior type mentality amongst the Chechens, I think he's preparing for if Russia falls apart then Chechnya should be ready.
