I don't know much about IQs of various racial groups and nor do I think it's very important but I do know there is no possible way Indians living in the USA, Canada and UK are in the same IQ level as Southern Europeans, Blacks and Latinos. Here we perform at the same level as Anglos, Germanics, and Northeast mongoloids. We have similar academic rankings and the same socioeconomic brackets.

again, the correlation only speaks of tendencies("the more.., the more..") , not raw figures themselves. So not because you have a certain neotenic look you can already know which IQ boost is it giving you, as there are much more factors behind that look the one(s) behind the neoteny-intelligence relationship
