About 2 unarmed civilians a day get shot and killed by American cops. So about 700-800 a year, but only 10-12 of those are women. Mohammed Noor went for the ACE OF SPADES of unarmed civilians...a blonde pretty woman.

In the thread where you posted the video there is very little information cuz it's recent but to me - based on the very little information - I suspect the gun went off accidentally. It was fired from the passenger side. She probably ran up to the cop car to talk to them. He had his gun out, while in the car, and it went off accidentally. That is my suspicion based on the account that the shot was fired from the passenger side of the cop car.

So it's incompetence on his part if I'm correct.

That makes the most amount of sense to me because a cop isn't going to fire his gun from inside the car like he's some sort of gangster at someone.

I'm not pro-police state. I'm pro-facts. I don't hang someone or give them a pass just because I like or dislike who they work for. I've said many times police extort citizens of their money for local coffers and that I prefer a privatized police force.
