Seen most of them in the OP, they're all great. Godfather III doesn't hold as much praise as I & II.
Would also add Pulp Ficton, Carlito's Way & Ronin.

american gangster and gangs of new york is great and another one that's less popular is Road to Perdition, but IMO that's a good movie, but not great as some claim.
