I've noticed girls of many countries usually have more Nordic features than the men.

This is particularly true such places as Russia, Ukraine, Greece, Italy, even Persia or India.

I thought on this. Maybe it is because of testosterone vs estrogen.

That isn't why though, it is because white women have been raped by swarths in those countries. The Y-DNA is being inherited from foul mongol and turk invaders.

I don't think it's a case of oestrogen vs testosterone... I've seen plenty of pale boys as well as pale women. It's a case of sunlight and genes - some skintones can produce more melanin and have more levels of sun protection than fair skin people who burn more easily in the sunlight.

There's darker women with plenty of oestrogen hormone in some nations, and also pale boys in other nations with little oestrogen.

Women are more likely to care for their skin than boys though, with the use of sunscreens, sunblocks, skin lightening and skin brightening products, as well as cosmetics, etc.

Fairness is associated with youth in certain cultures, such as in Japan where skin lightening, brightening, and also skin whitening products are heavily sold... as the skin goes duller with age.

In both the Elizabethan era and the Victorian era in England, fairness was associated with the upper classes in society during those eras of time, and many portraits of Kings and Queens can be seen in art galleries with powdered faces and fair complexions. They would sensibily sit in the shade and protect their flesh from burning and cover their bodies in long dresses away from the sun, whilst sipping mint tea underneath elegant lace sun-parasols and would hold lace fans in their hands to stay cool in the shade..... whilst the common labourers would work hard for long hours in dirty conditions, and in the sun, and they'd have a more rugged, dirty, and muscular appearance .... and I read that a tanned complexion was seen as a sign of poverty during the Victorian era.

Views on tanning/pale skin vary within different cultures of people across the planet in the modern era. Tanning products are marketed at westerners, while skin whitening products are marketed at cultures of darker people where they have large sales... as advertising agents for skin and hair product sell their products by making people feel insecure with their natural appearance, whether a person is pale or dark.

Example: (and I could show pale women and darker boys too as skintone is not about male vs female, but is about melanin/genes.)

Ancient Greeks also comented on how lightness is a ''feminine'' trait. The Spartans used to say their enemies were (light) pigmented like women.

This is because girls use to tan under sun a lot, use make up cremes which make their skin darker.

It's not just skin color it is also facial features. Generally there are a lot of turkoid/mongolic looking men in Eastern Europe and Balkans, but a lot of women from those countries look almost Nordic.
