Are Turks too obese to be Europeans?

This is why a lot are fat/chubby(not obese) despite living in poverty.

Turkish cuisine is great but it is also extremely unhealthy.

Now that's not nice behaviour. So if 22% of Greek people are overweight (which is only 7% less than the Turkish obesity rate) .... is that also a case of the population who aren't fat 'not being able to find more food'..?

Also, I'm wondering if the obesity rate in Eastern Europe would increase if their high smoking rates dropped? Some people gain weight when they stop smoking.

In some cases of Greeks it is true, but generally speaking we can find more food than the Turks.
