Indians aren't considered a low race anywhere in modern industrialized countries (USA, Canada etc), and they are brown. In fact they are considered very competitive.

It's a no-brainer. Ethnicity is absolutely unimportant compared to the rest (job, diploma, ugly, bad in sport etc).

But for exemple, gypsy and black haven't really a good reputation as people.
