Exactly. She should stay away from sexual topics in my opinion. It's like a Jew trying to explain what it's like to be a Muslim. She lacks the first hand experience of being a sexual person which is why she can not be trusted nor is she a reliable source of information on these topics.

In a marriage, a woman denying sex to her husband and vice versa can be grounds for divorce
Anyway, I'd say that withholding sex is a form of abuse if you do it deliberately to coerce certain behaviours from your partner and hence it is being used as a means of manipulation, revenge, punishment or control. However, if your spouse has been refusing sex because of some kind of medical issue, sexual dysfunction, or side effect from medication, that’s not really willful - so, even if it might be pretty frustrating, it can't really be considered "abuse".
