You are a little bit misinformed...there are very very very few Spaniards in USA. But believe me the few that work there are in high quality jobs. For example comes to mind you can find two spaniards (Astronauts) working in NASA.

Mena can be as intelligent as everyone else. These iq test are also a reflection of a good or a bad education system. When Muslims leave the Islamic environment their iq increases automatically.
