Default Caucasus VS Balkan which culture is more ME influenced?

I watched some videos from Balkan countries, and i realized their folklore is so much similar to Turkish, Armenian or Kurdish.
Guys, how it happened that Caucasus which was surrounded by Osman and Persian empires kept their culture more authentic, than Balkan?
When i say Caucasus, i mean Georgia, Chechnya, Ossetia and other north caucasians, NOT Armenians, or Azeris, whose culture itself is middle eastern.

    Look.
This is Albanian and Bosnian wedding, if i hear this music beats in Georgia, i'll guessed them as Kurds, or Armenians, i have seen some Kurdish weddings is Tbilisi )
I love Balkans, nature and people, both very beautiful, would like to travel there, so don't be insulted plz.

And this is Kurdish dance, just to compare.
    Also very nice people.

Depends on who. For the Balkans, Albania and Bosnia are the most Orientalized.

You are right, for example Bulgarian or Serbian dance movements are similar to Anatolian style, but music is more Slavic for sure.
    BUlgarian

I guess Croatia and Montenegro are countries with less oriental influence and Albania with Bosnia the most?

Apart from albania, bosnia and Romania, the rest of Balkans are just part of Slavic world

No idea, but since they are Muslims, they will also be the most influenced by such culture.

What a fucking retarded thread. Those are not even tradional weddings or culture. Its tallava gypsy music. Gypsies play that type of music in weddings. Some baljanites started playing it too. As if weddings are an example of who is more influenced

Caucasians are also muslims, except Georgians, Osetians and Abkhazians, but still you will not find Kurdis or Persian like culture in Chechnya.
