7 and 8 would belong in France, from what I've seen in my streets for years here. For their Light brown/brown hair and facial features mostly.
Though thier traits are common in Europe, they could as much belong in Italy, Spain or England.

There is nothing in Ireland which does not fit in to England, that doesn't work the other way round though.
