Being raped is hard to deal with emotionally but since you don't recall anything at all it might be a bit easier to deal with. However, at this point you are not 100% certain you were either but it appears that someone with your story was indeed raped and with child. I suggest to keep it or have family help you raise it if you are not financially stable. Abortion I would discourage since it isn't the child's fault and that child is a part of you after all. Many people who do abortions regret it later on as well and always think whether or not they did the right thing which weighs on them a lot. Just my 2 cents here.

Thanks! So, apparently the crisis center is by appointment (which is crazy to me, but I'm not going to complain about 6 months of free therapy), but the lady on the phone told me to go to urgent care (which is apparently less expensive than the ER) to get a reliable test. So, now I've been waiting in urgent care for half an hour trying to tune out the annoying TV and read a book I've been unable to finish all summer.

You're probably right. It would probably be worse if I did remember. My mind just sort of fills in the blanks now and that isn't pleasant either. I don't know exactly what happened to my body for several hours. It's just a crazy creepy feeling. I'm very afraid I'd regret an abortion and it goes against my religious beliefs, which is why I've been leaning towards adoption. As horrible as it would be to delay my education and have to carry around a rapist's baby and then go through the pain of childbirth, I think that would probably weigh on my less than an abortion.

I never assume such threads to be trolling. The story isn't that unfeasible. Such things do happen.
