I just read somewhere she's 169 cm tall (Google: "Marion Cotillard height"), which would be quite tall for an Alpinid.

Irrespective of her height: In my opinion, she is Mediterranid in essence, probably rather Atlantomediterranid, with strong Alpinid and slight Dinarid influence. Harmonic blend of said elements. She could well pass for a Northern Italian.
