    Default Mortimers Weightloss

    Mortimer now practices to eat only one meal a day usually at 12-13.00 in the noon. And I lost 3-4 kg. I had 155-156kg and today in the morning I had 149.9kg so I managed to get below the 150kg mark. After I drunk 3 coffees and a bottle of water I had again 150-151kg. But still a few weeks ago after meal and coffee and water I had 156-157kg and in the morning when I just wake up 154-155kg and now its 149-151kg. In that range. I hope by christmas Im 140-145kg, thats my short time goal for now.

    I second this post. When we are consistent and do our stuff daily we go much far in our goals.

    Way to go!

    Do you excercise too? I know some guys who has reached very good weightloss results by just biking and eating less/better. Biking has been much better for them as it didn't stress their knees as much as walking and jogging.

    More than 4 months to lose 10 kg with 1 meal a day?That can't be.Just hop on steroids.They will do less harm than being 150kg.

    Yes agree, stationary biking is a good exercise to lose weight and the advantage is that is less fatigued than for example running.
    Eat less and do some kilometers in a stationary bike and you will get your objective.

    Without exercise it's not weight you lose but muscle.
