America is not a rich country when comparing it to other first world countries. It is however, a country where if you are ambitious, can hustle and make connections you can get to the top of the food chain. It is a young and hungry country with a lot to learn. I love being a part of it despite what everyone likes to paint it as.

I agree about connections and networking. I wouldn't have had the job I had without my mother's connections, regardless of talent and merit. Minority groups of any kind should support each other in business instead of depending on the majority to be their employers.

Ahead of countries like Germany,the UK and Australia...as I said,that's just one way of measuring a country's wealth,but America is among the wealthiest and ahead most first world countries in most of the known criterias.

the first one i was training to be an airline pilot, i flew 8 times, 7 with a cessna 172 and one with a Boeing 737-300 (i paid 220 for an hour lol but i wanted to do it) all of em with an instructor

second one was physical theropist but that didnt work cause of the location

and lastly this (cyber security) and i got my associates, now going for the bachelors online lets see how it goes

and yes your right, its no longer what you know but who you know, if i have the right connections i might have a chance in life, but either way im moving to canada that was the reason why i went therre 8 times this year, im moving there sometime between 2-5 years so i can start over fresh with a room mate, maybe by then i might have found a wife or something idk, miami women here are all stupid and plastic/materialistic

It makes sense. I left GA back in 2005 because I felt the atmosphere was too stifling. The area just wasn't for me. I think the big positive for me here in Vegas is my family. I don't really like these huge cities. I think Canada would probably be more nicer because of the nature and its people, but I'm concerned about free speech and politicizing gender shits that I've been hearing about lately.

As for the vocations you've listed, pilot and physical therapist are really different. Pilot sounds cool AF though. I think if you manage to land a position in cyber security, you should be good. I'd recommend finding forums suited for this to make connections. My online friend that I met lived in LA, so I was able to meet him and we talked about business and writing. People are usually willing to invest time and energy into you if you have a good story, make it good. As the saying goes, those who control the narrative have the power. :3

A few things. As a teacher I feel that we could definitely have a better education system in place. Our government also likes to waste money and has virtually no oversight. Also there are not reliable regulations when it comes to what is allowed in the food we eat and the products we use.

They are likely the only country most Brazilians care outside our own, as i see in the society, media and social medias.

I do not know about Latin America, but here in Brazil they Idolize the United States in the media a lot and many Brazilians think that all Americans are rich and so.
And we even had a soap opera that was successful in Brazil, called "America" about Brazilians who wanted to immigrate to the US.


I probably have it, because NY or California are my future plans.
