No. In my opinion it's a degenerate thing. People with tattoos generally are attached to low IQ visual asthetics instead of more substantial things. They generally are insecure and need to confirm their identities through petty drawings on their bodies. It's specially true for tattooed women.
Tattoos generally are a feminine trait, since it reflects a need for social validation and pure corporeality.
Of course there are exceptions like Polynesian warriors, Samoans, Maori, Ancient Slavs, Scythians etc. But in modern West generally tattoos come together with a childish and feminine personality.
Every slut/feminist/degenerate around has a tattoo nowadays. Coincidence? I don't think so.
