1: Southeast Asians (Indochinese, Malays, Polynesians, Micronesians) These should be gradually colonized and replaced by Northeast Asians. Mass sterilization is not necessary here.
2: Most Indians who are Caucasoid-Australoid blends. Again, no mass sterilization necessary here.

Also, if Northeast Asians are so superior why does China lead the world in intellectual property theft ? Why does most global innovation come from the USA and Western Europe rather than South Korea or Japan?
